Command-A: Select All items. Command-F: Find items in a document or open a Find window. Command-G: Find Again: Find the next occurrence of the item previously found. To find the previous occurrence, press Shift-Command-G. Command-H: Hide the windows of the front app. To view the front app but hide all other apps, press Option-Command-H.
Method A: Select All command in Edit Menu with Classic Menu for Office

Method B: Select All command in Home Tab without Classic Menu for Office
If there is no classic menu, you can access the Select All command in the Home Tab:
- Click the Home tab;
- Go to the Editing group;
- Then click the Select button;
- Now you will see the Select All command staying in the drop down list. See screen shot (Figure 2):
